Tentative de compilation de CMS conçu en respectant un minimum de normes et de standards web :
- http://www.xmambo.com/ : An XHTML/CSS-Compliant version of Mambo Open Source, a dynamic portal engine and content management system
- http://netic.ca/ : Édimestre plus mc, un CMS en français, mais aussi disponible en version multilingue, qui répond aux normes XHTML, CSS, français dans les TI (et bientôt aux normes WAI).
- http://www.spip.net/ : Système de Publication pour l’Internet
- http://tikiwiki.org/ : Tikiwiki is a full featured Open Source Wiki/CMS/Groupware written in PHP. MobileTiki (http://mobile.tikiwiki.org/) is an add-on to TikiWiki, that allows to access content from many different devices and browsers. Devices comprise WAP-enabled cell phones and PDA’s, but also screenreaders and assistive technology. Another way to navigate is via VoiceControl (http://mobile.tikiwiki.org/VoiceControl). The content of this site is also accessible from each phone in the World by means of VoiceXML.

- http://www.typo3.com/ : TYPO3 is a free Open Source content management system for enterprise purposes on the web and in intranets
- http://pxsystem.sourceforge.net/ : Plume CMS proposes a flexible plugin infrastructure to extend it and is fully accessible with output providing standard compliant code by default.
- http://plone.org/countries/fr (plone.org) : Plone un système puissant et ergonomique de gestion de contenu. Entre autre, Plone est standard ! Plone respecte rigoureusement les normes d’ergonomie et d’accèssibilité. Les pages d’un site Plone sont conformes aux recommandations « Section 508 » du Gouvernement Américain, et à la norme d’accèssibilité AAA du W3C. D’autre part, elles se basent sur les meilleurs standards du web tels que XHTML et CSS.
